What we collect

Contact details you send us through the form or WhatsApp (name, email, phone number, company, project details). If you accept analytics on the cookie bar, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also record how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). For Microsoft Clarity this includes clicks, scrolling and replays of visits, with anything typed into the form masked, so we can see where the site is hard to use. Nothing from them loads until you accept.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver projects, and understand which pages convert. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.

WhatsApp

When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms. Our AI assistants may draft first replies; a human reviews every brief.

Who processes it

Browser storage and cookies

Your browser keeps a few small notes for this site, and none of them identifies you. Your reading format (hx-format) is kept in local storage. Whether you have seen the home page hint (hx-hint) is kept in session storage, which clears when you close the tab. If you arrive from an ad, its campaign tag (hx-ref) is kept in session storage for the visit, so a WhatsApp message can say where you came from.
