Engagement
Every project starts with a written fixed quote. Work begins when we receive the 50% deposit, and the balance is due at launch. Timelines are counted in working days, starting the working day after we have your deposit, your logo and photos, and your answers to the brief.
Revisions & scope
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing page. Work outside the quoted scope is priced and agreed in writing before it starts. Nothing is added without your written agreement.
Ownership
Your domain and the accounts we create for the project are registered in your name from day one. The code and content are yours on final payment, which is due at launch.
Delivery guarantee

Fixed quote before we start, and AED 0 added to it after.
- 5.2
Your clock starts the working day after we have your deposit, your logo and photos, and your answers to the brief, and it pauses on any day we are waiting on you, your bank, Google or your old domain company.

Working days are Monday to Friday, UAE public holidays not counted.
- 5.4
Miss the date for a reason on our side and 10% comes off for every working day we are late, up to 20%, and on a rush build the rush fee comes back instead.

You see the design before we build anything: working day 2 on Launch, working day 4 on Grow.

Not right? Tell us inside 2 working days and the deposit comes back in full.
- 5.7
Anything we built that breaks in the first 30 days we fix free.

Your domain and accounts are in your name, and the code and content are yours at final payment.
