- Miss the date for a reason on our side and 10% comes off for every working day we are late, up to 20%, and on a rush build the rush fee comes back instead.

Is AED 1,999 the real price?
Yes. One page with up to 6 sections, copy included, live in 5 working days. The only extras are the ones on the list above, priced before we start.
Five days, really?
5 working days. Your clock starts the working day after we have your deposit, your logo and photos, and your answers to the brief, and it pauses on any day we are waiting on you, your bank, Google or your old domain company. If we are late for a reason on our side, 10% comes off for every working day, up to 20%.
What if I don't like it?
You approve the design on working day 2, before we build anything. If it is not right, tell us inside 2 working days and the deposit comes back in full. After that you get 2 rounds of changes, and everything you send inside 24 hours counts as one round. Typos, prices and opening hours we fix free for as long as we host the site.
Do you do Arabic?
Yes. An Arabic version of a Launch or Grow site is AED 1,500, and our WhatsApp AI assistants reply in Arabic and English.
Who owns the site?
You do. Your domain and your Google and analytics accounts are in your name from day one. The code and the content become yours at final payment, and nothing is rented to you after that.
Do your prices include VAT?
The number on your quote is every Hoorax fee, VAT included where it applies. You pay 50% to start and 50% at launch, in AED. Ad budget and Meta message fees are paid by you directly to Meta and Google on your own accounts; your domain is billed at cost and shown separately.

What do I pay after the free hosting months?
Launch includes 3 months of free hosting and Grow includes 6. After that, Care is AED 199 a month, or AED 1,990 for the year, and we tell you before the first charge. Or move the site to your own hosting free.
How much does a WhatsApp AI assistant cost?
The assistant runs on the Run plan at AED 899 a month, plus AED 900 once to set it up, or AED 450 when added within 30 days of launch. Fair use is up to 500 customer chats a month, Meta's own message fees go to your Meta account with nothing added by us, and Run has a 3-month minimum.
Do you run Google and Meta ads?
Yes, as an extra on the Run plan: ads built and run for you are AED 1,600 a month, for ad budgets from AED 3,000, and the budget goes straight to Meta or Google on your own account.
Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. Hoorax is based in Dubai and builds for businesses across the UAE. Briefs, previews and changes happen in one WhatsApp thread.
Can I leave, and do I keep everything?
Yes. Builds have no lock-in, Care cancels any month with 30 days' notice, and Run has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. Your domain and accounts are in your name, and the code and content are yours at final payment.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes, on Grow: customers book or order online and pay into your own account. A shop of 31 to 100 products adds AED 1,500.
What if something breaks after launch?
Anything we built that breaks in the first 30 days we fix free, and typos, prices and opening hours are fixed free for as long as we host the site.
Can I see work you have done for clients?
Yes. The work page shows the live client websites Hoorax designed and built, each linked to the real site, with a page on what each site does, alongside the studio's own design work. No client results are claimed.
