Is an AI chatbot allowed on WhatsApp?
Yes, if it serves your own customers. Since 15 January 2026, Meta's terms bar general-purpose AI assistants on the WhatsApp Business Platform, while AI that answers questions, takes bookings or tracks orders for a business stays allowed. Ours is scoped to your business, identifies itself honestly and hands the chat to a person on request.

Meta Business Agent or a custom assistant?
Meta now offers its own AI agent for WhatsApp Business, for eligible businesses in select markets: check the Tools tab in your WhatsApp Business app. If your customers ask simple questions, it may be all you need. A custom assistant makes sense when it must follow your own prices, booking rules and hand-over steps, in Arabic and English, with a report every month.

Does it reply in Arabic?
Yes. Our WhatsApp assistants reply in Arabic and English.
Can it take bookings?
Yes. It answers with your prices and booking link, and a booking agent is one of the assistants we build.

What happens to customer data?
Messages on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms. We do not feed your confidential business data into public AI tools without an agreement in place, and client project data is not used to train models.
