Handover first
Post-construction and handover cleaning leads, for contractors, developers and property managers across Dubai and Sharjah, and behind it come deep cleans, move-in and move-out, villas and towers, offices, upholstery, glass, specialist work and maintenance. Its pages speak to a site manager or a facilities team more than to a homeowner. So the site had to set out the scope of a handover clean plainly, show the teams at work, and turn a visit into a quote request on WhatsApp with as little typing as possible.
The logo as a window
Arrive and the page is white, with the OUSIS wordmark set huge in the centre and its O drawn as a gold crescent around a round window onto a villa and its pool. Under it, Professional cleaning and property services in Dubai is followed by one line naming who it is for. Six photo cards circle the logo, one per service, from a rotary machine on marble to a brush across solar panels. The header keeps an Arabic switch with a small flag and a green Request a quote button in reach.
One villa, scrolled
Scroll and the page becomes a film of one villa at golden hour. It opens on the facade, where one technician works the glass with a long pole while another runs a floor machine through the hall, then moves inside past the floating staircase to the kitchen island, where a folded card reading Ready for the keys waits beside a set of keys. Each scene names its services in white over the footage, 01 The facade through 03 Floors, glass and fittings, while a Request a site visit card stays pinned to the right.
Six ticks before the keys
The film lands on a cream scope-of-work card titled Before the keys change hands. Six numbered steps, from construction dust to handover preparation, tick themselves off one at a time as you scroll, with a counter and a segmented progress bar beneath them. Beside the list sits a stack of instant-print photographs that runs from a dusty, empty flat to the polished island, and a blue READY FOR THE KEYS stamp lands on the last print. Move the pointer over the photograph and it shows before and after.
A message that writes itself
Almost every route ends in WhatsApp. On the homepage, Tell us about the project lists three things to send, the site, the scope and the handover date, beside a preview of the message as it will arrive and service chips that add lines to it. The contact page goes further with a quote builder: a photo tile for every service, a checklist of what is still missing, then Continue in WhatsApp, Continue by email or Copy message. Services ticked on one page are carried through to the next.
Left to right, and right to left
Every page except the Journal also exists in Arabic, laid out right to left. The logo and the green quote button trade places in the header, the navigation runs from the right, card labels align right and every arrow points the other way. Around the core pages sit an FAQ that filters answers as you type, a contact page that shows live opening hours in Dubai time, and Real jobs, filmed on site, a rail of the teams' own reels. It is static HTML, CSS and JavaScript on Hostinger, measured with GA4 and Clarity.
